One of many greatest weekends in South African highway operating – the Two Oceans Extremely Marathon and Two Oceans Half Marathon – will happen this coming Saturday and Sunday.
The 56km extremely marathon will happen on Saturday, 5 April, beginning at 05:15.
A discipline of round 14 000 runners, together with five-time defending girls’s champion, South Africa’s Gerda Steyn, will take to the beginning line on the nook of Major Street and Dean Avenue in Newlands.
The end will probably be on the College of Cape City’s rugby fields.

In the meantime, the half marathon over 21.1km will happen on Sunday, 6 April with the primary runners setting off at 06.15.
The beginning and end are the identical because the extremely marathon.
The half marathon has reportedly attracted near 17 000 entrants.
