Tributes have poured in for the runner who tragically died in the course of the Two Oceans Half Marathon in Cape City on Sunday.
The runner was named as 48-year-old Taryn Armour from KwaZulu-Natal.
In accordance with her LinkedIn profile, Armour labored as an occupational therapist.
Medical staff
Armour collapsed simply previous the midway mark after the 11km medical level up Southern Cross Drive in Constantia.
The race’s medical staff attended to her, however she sadly handed away.
A memorial service can be held at Cityhill Church in Hillcrest on Saturday, 12 April.
