The Limpopo Division of Schooling has dispatched psychosocial companies to the household of a Grade 4 learner who died after swallowing a pen lid.
The incident occurred on Monday, 14 April at Moriting Main Faculty within the Capricorn South training district.

Based on the Limpopo Division of Schooling, the tragic incident occurred when a learner by chance swallowed a pen’s lid and reported to her trainer that he was struggling to breathe.
