Max Verstappen stated his Purple Bull automotive had “come alive” after he nailed pole for the Saudi Arabian Grand Prix from McLaren’s Oscar Piastri with a monitor document in a gripping qualifying session on Saturday.
Piastri’s team-mate, championship chief Lando Norris, crashed within the high 10 shoot-out and can begin on the fifth row of Sunday’s race.
