The recall pertains to sure four-packs of Martinelli’s 10-ounce spherical glass apple juice bottles offered throughout 28 states.
The recall was sparked by concern over potential patulin contamination, in accordance with the FDA.

Though the recall was initiated on March 18, the FDA deemed the recall a Class II offense on April 22.
